We just can't seem to get the weight loss ball rolling. It's very frustrating. I did work out on Monday. I think I'm trying to accomplish too many things at once right now. The biggest thing that has to get done is studying/taking the CPA exam and I've only studied for one hour for that this week. Ugh! I've just got to setup a schedule for myself and say no matter what, this is what I'm going to do. I'm thinking about waking up early to either study or work out since neither is getting done. But that would require going to bed earlier too. Which is something we probably need to do anyway. I read something yesterday that said if you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night you are less likely to gain weight. I get six most nights. Off to work on a schedule now...
Ooh, also considering trying one of the acai berry supplements and/or a cleansing supplement... thoughts?

I'm so tempted to try one of those things because, well, duh I want a magic cure, we all do!

Would spending money help, i.e. get a gym membership so you have to use it?
Ooh - or put in a huge pool in the backyard! And then we're SO coming over! :)
A lot of people on Spark set mini goals and rewards, like lose 5 pounds get a nice haircut, lose 20 pounds get a bunch of new iTunes, things like that. That's an idea.
Of course, I have this same problem myself... I have a time goal, that I want to be down to a certain weight by my anniversary. I keep forgetting about it though!! :)
Yeah, I think I'm gonna go buy some supplement(s) cause like you said, it can't hurt. I've made out a schedule for myself now. And I'm going to stick with it on the weekdays but if I screw up on the weekend, I'm telling myself it's okay. But I'm freaking out about the CPA exam and I know that working out will help relieve that stress. And my goal is Cancun in August... we bought the trip already so the reward is looking good for each other! And the other people who might be there unless something like the Honduras thing happens closer to Cancun. In which case it might just be us and the other couple with the resort all to ourselves! Lol. We had a gym membership and never went. We also have a tiny backyard... so inflatable pool is probably all we'll ever get. Right now since my focus is mainly on the exam, I'm just gonna use working out as stress relief and if I get closer to my goal weight, awesome, if not, that's okay. But I'm not gonna just eat whatever I want either.
